Medicinal weed does NOT pass in florida

while Florida might just have the largest population of black people in any state, I don't understand how this would've made them rich. This vote was for a strain of weed that doesn't get you high. Not like the super potent stuff you normally see. And the government would've regulated all sales and not like people could've walked around smoking as they pleased. Just because marijuana may become legal doesn't mean big business is gonna let the local man get rich. They know what they're doing. They likely making money off it now.

How you figure? If anything legalization will take money out of the black community be people have no reason to by from the hood.
If you look at other states, it's not blacks that are prospering off legalation of weed
Those states dont have the black population of Florida. Its just wishful thinking i guess. I feel there are enough black entrepeneurs to make it happen.
