As a reformed Luda stan and someone who can barely tolerate Mediocre Sean, it took me a while to realize this. When they first beefed over that atrocious rap style (it's going down.. Basement
) I knew then and there they were both extremely corny brothers. Nothing wrong with that, everybody can't be cool but fighting for credit over THAT flow is absolutely hilarious in hindsight.
Anyway, that track Luda did as a jab to set the record straight was dope. Mind you I haven't heard it since it came out so it might be ass too at this point but from what I recall he was rapping well and addressed the situation perfectly. I don't recall Basic Sean ever responding.
As the careers panned out tho, neither put out a classic album so it's probably going to come down to preference but albums im taking DSP over anything in Luda's discog, IDFWU single wasn't as big as goofy shyt like Stand Up! But I can absolutely listen to IDFWU more than that silly shyt.
I like Sean's singles more, I like his fun yet serious approach more than just straight up bozo flow Luda, I think the pen is a wash when they're both tryna really get in their bag, album/mixtape quality I got Sean edging him out pause.
I think it's close enough to be a respectable discussion, but based on coli demographics I think I know how this poll will go

.. I go back to the prime/old discographies of my fav old artists constantly.

I only wanna hear they 10 best though, it'll probably turn into a struggle set after 15.
