Both of their tracks were horribly wack. If Meek had released his diss after charged up, he would've won THAT battle in terms of an actual diss, but not the war. The war was a popularity contest. If Nas dropped another Ether which was aimed at Drake, Nas would've lost because it's about popularity.

Meek's diss was garbage....but if you're going against someone with the backing Drake has, it's completely irrelevant because he's going to win no matter what.

Lastly, Drake's disses weren't very good. Hell, I'll even play the devil's advocate here, and say they were good. We still have no idea if he even wrote them, and this isn't like a Dre or an Eazy where that would be ok. Drake was running around talking about he's a GOAT contender, the best of his generation, and all kinds of wild shyt prior. So I'm at people talking about his disses are good....when the beef started over the fact that he has multiple ghostwriters.
