They stay playing with nikkas lives :snoop:

Meek Mill will NOT get a new trial -- Judge Genece Brinkley shut down his motion, despite prosecutors admitting he should get one.
Brinkley made her stunning ruling Monday, saying, "After an in depth review of the record, court history, notes of testimony, and evidence submitted at the evidentiary hearing, this court hereby denies defendant's petition for PCRA relief as defendant failed to meet his burden of proof."
It's shocking because even the D.A. repeatedly stated Meek deserved a new trial due to the fact his arresting officer -- the sole witness in Meek's 2008 trial -- is at the center of a massive Philadelphia police corruption scandal.
You'll recall ... the PA Supreme Court released Meek on bail back in April, from his 2-4 year prison sentence, pending the hearing for a new trial.
If nothing else, Brinkley's been consistent, but it's a no-brainer -- Meek's team will appeal this latest ruling.
Story developing ...

I don't understand. So Meek got convicted for aiming a gun at police. But since then he's become a star artist and entrepreneur. Why does she still want him in the system?

New trial for what though? He already got probation like a decade ago. He should've been off of probation had he not kept doing petty ish. Realistically, he should be off probation even before the trial is complete.

Situations like this are what anger me. Let's focus on the other people that have been serving time due to said officer and let's get them off.

You're missing the point. Meek should be free because he is rapper and makes good music. Once you become a rapper all charges and violations should be null and void. Same thing with Tay-K. Who cares if he murdered a couple of people. He made the race so he should be free.
