aight coli fam, lets discuss this directly. not the beef itself, but the music that we got from said beef.

both these joints are good songs, but they elicit different emotions. for me? Gave em Hope makes you want to not only go battle your enemy, but rip their face off and wear it to show not only were you victorious, but you eviscerated their entire being. thats the type of energy the music in rap beefs should have.

i want to bop in the club to back 2 back and maybe let some thots grind on me, but when gave em hope comes on, im casting thots to the side to stand on the VIP couch with a bottle of whiskey and a torch, and celebrate like i just won the Hunger Games or some shyt

gave em hope is just infinitely harder than B2B

meeks flow on it is meek doing meek, but its still crazy.

drake had solid bars on his song for sure and i would even say he prolly won the 'beef' (aside from always having that asterisk next to him as a songwriter.

what do yall think? which song do you still play? i like both, but if i had to only keep one in my itunes library, its gonna be Gave em Hope

I love meek, gave em hope is dope af. But back to back marked a period in time I had to take Drake seriously.

I remember hearing it and everyone blowin me up about it, all nikkas talked about for a couple weeks. Then on the weekend going out and hearing bytches say it line for line and the women twerking to it in every club.
