It’s pretty dope when you get use to it. I just skip breakfast (and workout fasted in the am) and it works fine.

Only problem is making sure I get enough protein in that window. Hunger is not an issue. If anything it’s TOO easy to lose weight for me.

IF works and its easier than any diet you tried.

Speak for yourself. IF leaves me full for a nice amount of time and hungry as fukk for the rest of the time.

Calories in/Calories out is the only thing that matters when it comes to losing weight.

People like to adhere to these complex diets because it makes them feel like their doing something special, but energy expenditure vs intake is the only thing that matters in the grand scheme of things. So eat in a way that is easiest for you and stop making these things so complicated.

One can do that without doing IF though. I eat when convenient and eat the amount of calories I need to in relation to my goals at the time. Doesn’t sound as cool as intermittent fasting but it’s easy, flexible, and it works.
