Mega Man 8 is my favorite Mega Man title purely off the nostalgia. It was my first MM title, and I played it so much as a kid. I still associate this admittedly feminine voice as the default for Mega Man.

While the voice acting was atrocious, the animation was beautiful. We need a Mega Man anime in this style.

The goofy voice acting in this and Mega Man X4 is apart of the charm. You got to keep in mind that around this time doing cinematic stuff and voice acting in gaming was in its infancy.
