How come yall never gotten this angry when they pushed out the positive black power MCS out the game? :mjpls:

@PhonZhi @PumPumAholic®
Man...they pushed them out around 1996...u still had the naitive toungue movement but that transformed into neo soul (jdilla ish) and when dilla died it all left...I was upset but it left organically sort of, nothing is ORGANIC about Drake imo...this is even worse than positive hip hop vanishing...this is the possible vanishing of AUTHENTIC hip hop...No Bueno:scust:

No meek may not be the most well rounded mc there ever was, but I do believe that he is more authentic to the personality he is pushing across than what Drake is...just my opinion:yeshrug:, and I could stand Drake (even though I knew he was acting a bit to fit into that cash money look) and his characateur up until this reference track shyt...now the corps. Have backed him, he's the biggest plant we've seen thus far:mjcry:...I love Chuck D and PE, KRS and BDP, hell even Jeru and XClan but they had to contend with gangsta rap...tuff comp. when all they (gangsta rappers) gotta do is identify with the ignorance of society...the audience decided wit a lot of record labels helping...maybe if they'd won Meek would be rapping about something different today :ld:

Which is why I have such disdain for Drake(as an artist, don't know him obviously)...he's supported by those same corps., I couldn't imagine drake doing a joint about prison populations...and neither could they, that's why they like him:martin:
