I'm starting to prepare myself for the possibility of the Celtics getting him. Clippers can't really offer a package worth having... their offer basically breaks down to Austin rivers
What piece could they possibly get from a third team for Crawford? He has a negative value with that contract.
Celtics can offer picks, not the Brooklyn picks but picks. But no chance the knicks get the Brooklyn picks
Problem is we are hurting our depth just to try to match the contracts
You basically do Amir, zeller, and young for melo along with two or three first rounders (2018 Celtic pick, 2019 clippers pick)
Then you immediatly sign Larry sanders and hope he can at least be what Amir was

That's great and all but their best offer is literally Jamal Crawford and Austin rivers
he def doesn't need to go to the cavs.. theres not enough ball to go around for him (pause) and they would take a step back defensively

They can offer picks, clippers cant, why would they give up the Brooklyn picks when they aren't competing against any good offers? They have all the leverage here
