I see a post about this everyday on fb. Why do women insist men are intimidated by them if theyre strong? Ive never once heard a man say anything of the sort.

I don't think men are intimidated by "strong" women. I think they are turned off by them.

On the other hand, generally speaking, I don't think men like women to shine beyond them meaning they want their women to admire them above all others (even herself). I talked to @Booksnrain about men who will actively try to stop a woman's progress. I have seen this a lot, from hating to all out going out their way to sabotage her efforts.

The problem is a lot of these strong women are argumentative, arrogant, entitled and talk as if they're above men in general.

I've always preferred women that are easy to talk to and don't have a stuck up attitude. There are plenty of men that prefer women that don't have to be carried through life and provided for. I'm one of them. The thing is a lot of "strong and independent" women are not enjoyable to be around.

That being said, I have the liberty of mind of not giving a shyt about a female's economic or social status or at the minimum, her looks. I agree with other posters as this excuse being somewhat a deflection in recognition of them having flaws and instead of taking responsibility to address said flaws..they blame men instead. Strength is beautiful in a woman who has confidence and wisdom..if lacking one of the three, she's potentially a dangerous being.
