my n1gga said an hour. :laugh: saying sh1t like that is why n1ggas dont work out. dont nobody wanna be dreading some sh1t thats not fun and that takes 1 hour to complete.

i spend no more than 15 minutes at the gym pumping iron. only thing is, i do it every day. that's a better way to go about it....for people who simply hate working out.

The fukk you accomplish in 15 mins? That's barely a warm up on the treadmill before I lift. Better off doing push ups and sit ups at home.

Bruh anything is better than nothing but that's not a workout regimen by any means. You need to get your heart rate up aerobically and then hit the weights for a solid hour to get lean and make gains.

trust me when i tell you it works for me. i hate working out with a passion. with a passion. i mean, a divine passion. like, i dont like it at all. so how do i stay brolic?

i jog a mile every day. right after that, i hit the gym for 15 to 20 minutes (trust me i count the minutes too and anything over 15 minutes is a bonus to me).
additionally, I eat only when i'm hungry. no need to be eating 3 square meals just for the hell of it.
also, i take vitamins that makes u go to the bathroom alot so u dont have crap staying in your system.

anyone who says thats not enough can go to hell. lol not u per se. but i sure as fucck wont be spending an hour at the gym.

All you need is an hour a day. Nikkas act like you need to spend half a day in the gym in your 40s just to be in shape.
that depends on the person and what you do all day.

you only need an hour a day if you already have a fast metabolism even in your old head age. you only need an hour a day if you already started off as a thin person just had a gut you needed to chop down vs some big dude or chick that was always on the thick side of things all around. you only need an hour a day if you dont sit down in a cubicle for 8+ hours a day 5+ days a week at work. if you're job has you up and moving around often. an hour will do the trick because you're getting steps in and standing up moving around a lot when you're at work. you ever notice the mailroom guy is almost never fat even if he's older. thats because he's constantly walking from one side of the building back to the other delivering mail.
