That nikka in the white should be behind bars right now.

Homeboy clearly tapped out...."You got it, man..you got it"

And then this angry, stiff neck, muscle head muthafukka proceeds to bash his head in:snoop:

You cant quit in a fight to the death brehs:to:

He came into their studio trying to "teach" them, which is a big no-no in Martial Arts. You dont invade someone else's studio.

that doesnt look like a legitimate dojo....and that trainer obviously doesnt take his art seriously because that should have never went down the way it did. hopefully that place got closed down and some people got put behind bars.

I know this is just the internet but just stop. The white dude that ran the school was just happy to see 2 black people fight and someone get killed. He would have shown more restraint if it was himself or one of his white students. He clearly used his pull with local law enforcement to avoid prosecution. Then again, if that dude signed a waiver to take that kind of beating, :snoop:

It didnt start out as a fight to the death you can tell. He got a few licks in on the Marine and he got embarrassed and went overboard and turned it into a fight to the death but only one way. No way the teacher would have let his student get his head stomped in like that.

Stop what?:childplease:

The last dude that entered my former boxing gym talking about how good he was and we should switch gyms, left out sleeping. The head trainer used him to prove an example.

Why would it be different in Karate dojos?

If you take your art seriously you know when its over. The dude that got ko'd in your gym, im sure your coach would not have allowed the guy who slept him to mount him and punch his face until he got tired. Come on. You know when you're opponent is done and thats when you dust him off and show respect.

You're right breh....and it would never happen in a boxing gym. At least I hope it wouldnt.

But as far as MMA goes, I've heard NUMEROUS stories of things like this happening under "Vale Tudo" style rules and taking place in these dojos pitting Dojos vs Dojos for superiority. Granted, mostly in other countries like Brazil, but still.

exactly.

when i watch fighters train in boxing, muay thai or bjj in my gym, i always see them touch gloves and/or bow before and after the fight to show each other respect. if someone taps or call it quits then that's the end of the session as well. if anyone kept attacking someone who conceded defeat in my gym then they'll get lectured and maybe kicked out or banned.

this trainer obviously had some ill intentions.

Yea i think thats what happens when martial arts get in the hands of thugs, the bad guys. Most places that treat people off the street like this, dont stay in business very long because the theme of this video typically carries into the training of the students resulting in a lot of injuries and people who are looking for a better training environment.

It just bugs me because i can tell he just wanted to have some light sparring, not have a fight to the death.

1980s Video of Beating Gets New Life on Internet

Except the case isn't cold, and the man wasn't killed. The viral video is another example of what can happen so easily on the Internet, with sketchy information leading to wild speculation -- and wild-goose chases for police.

Capt. Ronald Mackey of the Dumfries Police Department said that the video appears to be real but that police have confirmed that the victim was not killed, since he was interviewed after the fact.
