NVIDIA has a larger Black workforce at a tech company and logged a high satisfaction rate on Glassdoor while working there though. Probably the best overall company to work at. Multiple people working there are over $20M net worth. That was before the stock went ballistic recently and is expected to go up another few tiers the next few years alone.

I’ll be very surprised if Meta snipes NVIDIA’s talent. The latter is so much better and groundbreaking to work at.
