MGS games been on PC for decades bruh
It doesn't matter tho, especially when they end up coing out on PC a year or 2 or 3 later (like in GTA V's case)
No one in their right man is going to wait a year or more to play a title they really want to play, Consoles are still the number one priority for devs, PCs are still secondary for them
If Phantom Pain drops in sept 2015, then the PC port probably won't drop til sometime in 2016 or later

There will always be people who don't understand the cost analysis of paying premium money for last generation gpu's...
Console gamers will always buy games the second they come out because the price for them rarely go down and when they do they don't go down enough to make waiting for it worth it...
Look at the dude who posted above me...he can't even conceive of waiting a year to play a game after it comes out...whereas I...a PC gamer who uses steam...can't even conceive of paying full retail price for a game when I know for fact that all I got to do is wait for awhile and I can get it anywhere from 80% to 90% off...

The thing with PC gaming is you gotta have a little experience troubleshooting shyt. On console you throw the game in and you play. With PC you fine tune the settings before playing, set up your controller, etc. Then theres the possibility the game might not work proper, or not even load up at all and you gotta put work in to figure it out.
Though since I went PC, its been much easier for me to not be tempted by the new consoles. Mad sales, games are cheap. Plus the mods brehs
Eventually if PS4 drops some classic exclusives Ill cop, Im a Persona fan....but by then it will be cheaper hopefully.

I'm eventually copping GTA V on steam when it's $20 or less but I damn sure couldn't have waited to play it just now for the very first time after all this frikkin time.
Nig coulda died before then, got hit by a bus or got cancer or something.
If ur a true gamer nerd and not a sports playing/online FPS playing casual then you would know that MGS games are main event status and something that should be played immediately and not years later on sale
u probably the type of ninja who ain't hype to see Batman vs Superman in 2016 and would prefer to wait until 2020 when it's streaming on netflex tho
