Who cares. Tax the shyt out of the companies that produce the opioids, decriminalise marijuana and release all non-violent offenders with marijuana charges, put aside state and federal money for massive infrastructure and green energy programs, cut the funding for for-profit schools and make community college free. And hire better prosecutors for police killings of Black people and Natives.

Meth has been spiraling out of control for years, as Mexican trafficking organizations focused on building "super labs" (ala Breaking Bad) in Sinaloa, and importing tons of precursor chemicals from Asia, they are vertically integrated with meth, and have flooded border cities on the southwest border, and the country. 70% of the meth in the country comes through my city, prices are almost as low as weed, $300 an ounce, and the purity is 90% plus. Our city is flooded with addicts, in nearly every section of the central city, besides the 1% enclave suburbs like RSF and La Jolla. The real money is sending the pounds to the midwest where they close to double in value at wholesale, the cost of meth in Tijuana is like 2k a pound, compared to 10k in 2010.

The addicts will grow win diversity, though it's already VERY heavy in all the communities, however the suppliers and dealers will not diversify, in San Diego alone, in heroin and meth related federal cases 140 gang members have been arrested and indicted. Very few white faces there.
