Is it true that you can get a lot of things on the cheap cheap from those online pharmacies?

Are they scams?

cheaper in the uk since alot of common medicines are the same price.
it's pretty expensive in canada (to me; i don't have commas in my bank account ), but i'm blessed twice with the insurance coverage I get from school (out of my tuition), and coverage from my mom's job
