If you ain't seen the other OFFICIAL trailer for MGS: Ground Zeros...
The new MGS features Big Boss, who had his right eye shot out by Ocelot (right eye is covered with the wrap/gauze in the vid)
The Grey Mullet is pretty self explanatory
The floating puppet at the very end, whale on fire eating the chopper scene, etc...all show that somehow this ties into a psychological mindfukk portion of the game, which not only MGS, but several characters in MGS are known for.
It's definitely a Metal Gear game, and this is obviously just a backstory scene, probably with some gameplay included (crawling, etc.)

when it first came on i was like oh this that new metal gear cuz i knew it was about big boss and i knew he only had one eye but then when i saw phantom pain i was like oh ok its not but damn that shyt look cray.....i didnt c any kojima trademarks on it so idk how its metal gear

It's an obvious marketing scheme. There is no such video game developer named "Moby dikk". Which appears in the video. Further research into the project shows someone named Joakim (Kojima) behind some of the work, and the obvious video giveaways would make it obvious to even the most casual of MGS fans. (Google "Kojima Joakim) The whale part is obviously a hallucination/psychological mind fukk, as is custom with the Psycho Mantis/The Sorrow characters repertoire.
