they've made it pretty evident that putting a contending product out on the field takes a backseat to being a profitable corporation, do you blame the fans?
why support an organization that doesn't care about winning actual baseball games? There could be 10 people at the games and it wouldn't matter because the tax payers foot the bill for the stadium and the owners will still make money because of MLB's revenue sharing. So Loria has no incentive to actually spend money to field a quality team.
