Outside of Michael, the Jacksons in general don't get nearly enough credit for their contributions to Black music and their overall talent.

one of the biggest takeaways I got watching the Spike Lee MJ Doc - his brothers were far from scrubs and were supremely talented. Their problem was MJ was just on another planet in terms of his talent.

lol people had been rappin like that well before 1977...I'm not totally surprised though, I think that style of Hip Hop back then had a influence on MJ....I always thought his dance moves were an imitation of break dancing.

yeah, Jermaine wrote and produced some dope songs in the 80;s for other artists. And had a couple hits himself.

But Mike's shadow was just too big.

Hip hop chat didn't just concieve one day, lol., ali, james brown and fats dominino were rapping..

Mj had an eye on pop locking and electric boogaloo..many influences to mj's outfits. and it wasn't michael chambers aka turbo..credit goes to Bruno "pop n taco" falcon.
