You have the stories ?

Other than the actual songs/lyrics

I have some stories.

For "Scream," Michael and Janet wrote that together. They were going to record their parts in New York on the same day. Michael came in with a bunch of chains and other things that you're not supposed to wear in the studio. When he recorded his vocals, he was stomping around and turned it into an entire performance. Janet decided to record in Minnesota instead after seeing that.

Michael apparently altered the final version so his vocals were louder than Janet's. When Janet heard the song, she was confused because that wasn't the version they recorded. Michael didn't confess to anything and the song came out like that.

For "This Time Around," Dallas Austin suggested getting someone like Treach for the rap verse. Michael said no and wanted Biggie, which surprised Dallas because he figured Michael would want someone that was more pop-friendly. Biggie went to the studio with Lil Cease, but he told Lil Cease to stay in the car because he didn't trust Michael around kids (this was most likely Biggie just not wanting Cease to come in with him). Biggie recorded his verse, and Dallas didn't know if Michael would like it because of what Biggie was talking about. Michael heard it and loved it because it's exactly what he wanted to say in the song.

When Biggie met Michael for the first time, he was :mjcry: and told him he was a big fan.
