Not a tranny,she was born with male and female gentials or something,so it's some kind of actual medical problem you are born with. .Trannies are born as men ,with only male genitals, some trannies have an alleged mental illness called gender identity disorder, according to psychiatrists they think they are in the wrong body,,so many of them opt to live as women, even opting to have their man bits cut off, other trannies don't live as women all the time, and just dress up as women, for their jobs (drag queens prostitutes) etc etc or because they get a sexual kick out of it.
