He lost his job. These companies are pretty cruel when it comes to accidents like this and will throw him in the bushes with the quickness. He also screwed himself by saying he fell asleep at the wheel.
I hate videos like this because I'm going to have to watch this same video with our dumb ass operations manager laughing at this poor guy who lost his job and telling us in the same breath to be careful out there and let this video serve as a warning lol.

You don't have to fall asleep to get in an accident like that

sometimes your mind wanders off during steady traffic and at the last second you notice that cars in front of you are at a sudden stop

that's why when u see traffic ahead, begin to slow down wayearlier so you dont get rammed in the back
