Yeah, but at least in other areas there's enclaves of white people or other races. Chi has the Northside, LA has a ton of them, so does Boston. Rarely is the ENTIRE city Black. Which basically it is in Detroit.

Memphis is kinda like that. But even in those cities where a big concentration of black folks live at, the otherside where white folks are at are usually notoriously hard on black folks for a reason.
