Microsoft surface pro 4 or surface laptop?

[just my thoughts]

I need some assistance.

Needs are photo editing
will be running basic editing programs photoshop lighting room etc...

any recommendations? anybody using either?

I wouldnt know... I just use my laptop for internet, book writing and E-commerce...I could care less about the graphics
