Yup you read that right. Utilizing the power of the MOTHERfukkING CLOUD, microsoft is currently testing the concept of allowing remote streaming from either an xbox 360 or Xbox One to your mobile phones. Meaning you could literally play GTA V on the phone! Now i'm sure they will have some way to allow Xbox 360 controller support, but this is fukking huge! Reports are that they have prototypes that allow playing Halo 4 on the Nokia 520! :wow:

Read and weep M$ haters. This shyt is truly next gen shyt!

The Verge reports that Microsoft did not only demonstrate a unified app store today, but also showed off an experimental technology which would be able to stream Xbox games to Windows 8 and Windows Phone handsets, including the low-end Nokia Lumia 520.

The technology relies on games being rendered in the cloud, but keeps the system so responsive the latency was only 45 ms on the Nokia Lumia 520.

The game was apparently demonstrated being played on a Windows Phone using an Xbox Controller via an adaptor.

The service is still at the prototype stage, and may also eventually result in Xbox games being streamed to the Xbox One also.

Microsoft is still assessing the viability of the idea as a service. Would our readers be interested in signing up? Let us know below.

pretty sure you xbots been dissing this technology for months, but now that you get it its "true next gen" :smh:
Is that what we was dissing? What was we dissing exactly?
Getting happy to play PS4 games on a 5in screen instead of my regular big screen TV :what:
Or acting like I want to pay to play PS1/2 and hopefully one day PS3 games I already own, or you already didn't buy :smugdraper:

There is not word on how this will pan out financially, maybe they'll offer this for free :leon:
Even Microsoft is like "Do you nikkaz really want this.. this shyt :lolbron:"
If I don't have to pay extra, yes. If I had to pay, depends on how good it works and what they offering and if its cheap enough
But I plan on gaming mostly with next gen games like I've always done. All this does is show how stupid Gaikai is
You'd rather have that cloud working for PS4, not so sony can via the clouds rape your pockets :laff:

The difference is Gaikai is for streaming PS3 games to the PS4 right? This allows gaames to be played from the phone I have now, I dont have to buy a vita for it, however im sure it will cost money, and im not gonna pay for it, and also, i'd rather save my phones battery, but this imo would be better than Gaikai if they actually bring it market :yeshrug:

No, Gaikai will be Multiplatform. It'll stream PS3, PS2, & PS1 games to PS4, PS Vita, PC, Smartphones, Tablets, SmartTVs, Smart Blu-ray players, & etc:

You could use it as a remote play feature :leon:
And why play any game on a cell phone? If you do, why not xbox games?
Internet speeds might be crucial in 5yrs, 4G is already crazy fast
5G speeds would probably be fast enough :banderas:
We'll be at 6 or 7G by the end of this cycle...
