Not all the way true. This is true only if bought from a reseller like gamestop. But if you borrow a friend's disc and try to install and play it, you gotta pay.

Unless MS and sony come together to make a system to authenticate used games sold to retailers thats not going to happen. I dont foresee retailers having to use two different systems to buy/sell games

And 2, overall I don't have a problem with not loaning my games to friends You dont either since your a busy man flying all across the country.
