Honestly that was a small motivating factor for me to go to Selection. I had maxed out schools and education and my Top told me to hit 7 anytime soon I would have to recruit or get on the trail.I have to take my applicants 2 hours to MEPS to validate they can past the mile and a half run pull ups and crunches monthly to even keep them in the DEP and the moment one of them fails they have 3 months to pass or else they get discharged and I have to find a new applicant

That and it was about the time all those recruiters were killing themselves in my hometown of Houston.
Recruiting duty must be fukking horrible nowadays.
