Millionaires leaving Chicago and other big cities

Leave Chicago as in moving to Highland Park or the burbs? Or leaving the state.
From my personal experience, I know of 2 people who are millionaires that have left the city in the last 2 years. One to the west coast and another to Memphis. Both of these were business owners. I definitely believe that among millionaires that are truly mobile (meaning their business etc is not tied to a particular city), you will continue to see them leaving Chicago outright. Even though the City is quickly becoming a playground for the rich, there are so many entrenched issues that will not be addressed anytime soon, that some people will just say fukk it and leave.

Well a lot of businesses, especially based on the internet, etc are not tied to being in a particular zipcode. So it's more palatable to move where the cost of living is low.
