Them midwest cities like Milwaukee, st louis, Detroit, Cleveland inner cities are just poorly run and no hope for change ..

Suburbs nice tho

Detroit will come back when the auto industry starts making cars in the city of Detroit again -- but it's slowly getting better. (Hamtramck is the only auto plant that's operating in the city of Detroit currently).

I’ve lived here since college (2010). Milwaukee is alright honestly. There are pockets of absolute lawlessness and high rates of crime. If you stay out the way and avoid certain pockets/neighborhoods you’re straight. My biggest concern is the hit and runs and people running from cops and killing innocent people. It’s almost a daily thing

It’s a great spot due to the lower cost of living and proximity to Chicago. My girl and parents still stay in the Chicago area, I take the Amtrak down there a few times out the month. Hour and change trip

Lower cost of living and good job opportunities for sure. I do appreciate how close Chicago is. Smart move taking the Amtrak to avoid traffic. My wife and I go often as well.

Besides Chicago and Madison there’s no other major big city lol. Minneapolis is about 5-6hrs away. St. Louis is a ways out. Never cared to see Indianapolis lol

between tolls, gas, traffic, parking you’d have to be a fool to drive down to Chi. I knock out asleep half the time when I’m on the train :russ:

Minneapolis is a dope City, haven’t been up there since the George Floyd shyt but I’ve taken the Amtrak up there too. 4 hour Amtrak ride :manny:

Ain’t shyt in Indianapolis, hands down my least favorite city in the Midwest. No Culture, not on any water, downtown is :russell:
