this crib is nice, but I was expecting something

for $70M.
main things people don't factor in when seeing these mega houses...
1. land. yea the view is nice.. you'll be paying for that. but also the location, how far off the road, seclusion, how many acres you got, etc
2. what's in the house.
bill gates has a heating system where everyone wears a pin. depending on your rank in the house, when you move room to room, it automatically changes the temp of the room the settings you chose.. now see shyt like that is the tip. you better believe those big glass doors are running on automatic, with a big ass remote, with a timer, and the glass alone is probably some stupid material that cost 3.2 million a panel.. floors all heated with tree trunks from rare african trees and shyt like that. shyt we can't even think up
Im under the impression that the house comes fully furnished with everything you see. I would imagine millionaires arent paying movers to have all their old furniture taken to a new house, but I dont know any millionaires so what the heck do I know.
some do... you saw lebron move some of his shyt from home
depends on how you like to spend and if you are upgrading... plus your decorator
you going from a 500k house to a 3.5 milllion one... you gonna need new furniture. you most likely rich so you want your shyt looking pristine. you're not coordinating a 3 bedroom with some leather couches from big lots. you gonna hire someone and they aren't gonna wanna mix and match with your old shyt.. that means getting everything new, in the colors you pick, with them
or of course if you like everything as is, anything can be bought
