I bought it for the kids way back when on the 360. When I got my PC and it had RTX on the graphics card, I bought it on PC and paid for some RTX mods just to see what it do. I'm not going to front and say I build in it but the graphics over base Minecraft is

I had a 2070 and everything to get ray tracing but damn that I5 was like

The Real Source RTX everything is installed here. Everything runs at around 75fps for me with everything on.
You can see the different textures but I'm focused more on the transparency of the water and in the distance, the accurate reflections.

This time with the reflection of the sun.
Transparent glass that is connected.
Another sunset. In this one though, notice the block of gold and emerald, on the left hand side, you see the remaining parts of sunlight accurately reflect off of them.
Lava is a light source.
Reflections are different at night.
More transparency through the day with the glass.
I finally got it working with the Quest 2. These kids are fukking lucky as shyt they get to experience shyt like this.

.I tried using the BSL shader like those Minecraft Tubers use and that jawn brought the game to a screeching halt. The RTX mods and textures are insane

Nvidia created some maps for the sake of RTX features. I can't take my mods into it but the world layouts for a few are pretty dope. They don't allow me to use my RTX mods for it is vanilla Minecraft plus whatever Nvidia enables. Here are my favorites. I switched from Master Chief to Banjo.
