It's a matter of whether it's a conscious decision or if it's just circumstantial since commercial rents/property are cheaper in poor black areas and there are already businesses basically guaranteed to do well in our communities (liquor stores/hair stores/takeout)

He’s right… Seems Ockie and China man came set up deli’s, fruit stands and Chinese restaurants in black neighborhoods with no problems… Yet we can’t go to their Neighborhoods and set up shop like they can in ours..
