Peruvians generally don't look like white Colombians or white Venezuelans.

Peruvians are either indigenous, which is to say they look like Native Americans/Mexicans.
Or they look Japanese. Or a mixture of the two.

My brother's ex-wife could sort of pass for a mix of white/japanese. But most don't look like her.
And I would bet very few look like the girl in OP.

I've seen some aight looking Peruvian girls, but as you said a lot of them indigenous looking which aint my thing. Cool people all around tho
