Missing some of the shortcut buttons

At the top, right above the field where you type in text, some of the buttons are missing since the upgrade. Specifically, there used to be a QUOTE button (that would enclose highlighted text in quotes) and a SPOILER button...granted, I can just type out the tags but it'd be nice if we could get those back. No biggie, but just a suggestion. Here's a screenshot in case it's not clear what I mean

Its still there, we recently did an upgrade and some things were changed by default. Until its switched back, click the fourth button from the left. EVeryhting you're looking for is in there.
