SS is the second biggest event of the year and needs a big headliner. It was going to be Bryan/Brock, and there is no other top face on their level (Bryan, Cena) to face the monster.

needs to happen. i was hoping to see him body Daniel Bryan for the strap tho. i'd love a long feud from those two. thats a great giant for DB to conquer, especially after becoming the 1 in 21-1.

hasnt even gotten a shot. its been weird. seems like he might have been in line for it early on, but Bryan heated up, Batista came back...so many promises in different directions...i'm being serious in asking

his comeback was almost anti climactic, even with the streak ending.
he was coming out destroying people every week and never got his title shot
It's truly amazing how WWE lets stuff like this leak.
It's not even a leak, someone had to clearly send that to Amazon, a higher up, so they could put it on their website.

i mean his very first return included
It doesn't make a lot of sense for Brock to have the title though, I feel they are aware the fans know and treat him like a temporary guy.
It's hard to invest your title in a guy who aint gonna work house shows, smackdowns or publicity events.
I like Brock but if he gets the title it needs to be that short Elimination Chamber to WM stint like Rock did (RR to WM) and have him job at Mania and put over a newer guy in a big way

The 1st 10 Minutes of Brock/Cena after WM 28 was amazing. Especially with Brock cutting Cena up.
They killed all of Brock's Momentum after that L until this years Wrestlemania.

oh i cant speak on that. i didnt even see his initial run in the company.
but what makes it work is how legit Brock as a champion is..same with ending the streak..realistically who is beating this guy? he is made to be champ.
if he only showed up 2 days out of the year i'd still put the strap on him because it is believable that he can destroy anyone on the roster
It's believable but it's awful for business.
Your champion needs to be on the road, drawing crowds. This why DB got stripped. That can only go on for so long. Hence Brock would need to be a real short term champ, and that doesn't make much sense either.
Truth is Brock doesn't need the title at all.
