The tricky thing is if they keep appealing all the way to the SC. I’m sure that’s the game plan.

You appeal when you lose a case in trial, not when it keeps getting thrown out due to lack of evidence.

Their hope is for states to not certify the results by December 6 when the electoral college votes, which would then free up electors. Nothing to do with an actual legal battle. Trump losing Arizona and Georgia devastated them because they were hoping to appeal PA.

This is so dangerous for the future of this country and its social fabric. With Republicans refusing to acknowledge the election results, half of the population will go forward believing every election they lose is rigged and only legit when they win. This isn't something that can be wiped away anytime soon.

I mean what do u want them to do .

The American people are the only ones who can make them pay but they keep awarding the GOP Supreme Court Seats, House Seats, Senate Seats and Governor Mansions for bad behavior such as lying, going against constitutional norms and outright complicit nonaction.

This is the exact reason why those two Georgia Senate Seat runoffs are so important. They have to feel negative consequences to stop bad behavior.

So we really should be getting all of our resources togheter there to drive the vote in the state to elect both Osoff and Reverend Warnock to those seats. Its really the perfect oppurtunity to end Moscow Mitch's and the GOP's reign of terror in the senate chambers these past eight years.
