Mlb commissioner says expansion is a real possibility

Montreal cares about Hockey and nothing else. Just because it's a major metropolitan city doesnt mean it would make for a good sports market

Hockey is king in Montreal. If their mayor is not selling wolf tickets and they can get that arena up, I wonder if the MLB will say "no." I often think of the Expos in the same way as the Grizzlies (different sports but same country). In the time since both cities had teams, they've both become better, bigger and in some ways more passionate.

I think the NBA in Vancouver would work today due to the large young affluent Chinese population (many love Ball more than Hockey so there's a niche)

Montreal is still a no-go for any other sport besides Hockey as far as I'm concerned. Them nikkas just dont care.
