There's a reason the white man loves him and why there is a holiday in his honor.

Wyatt Tee Walker on the other hand.. that was a man that inspired change, trolled the white man and outed the evils, hypocrisy and injustices of White America.

MLK Jr's right hand man. He used to call in anonymous tips to the police about a black person being in a certain part of town and send them on wild goose chases while Dr. King spoke without being harassed. He convinced children from schools to join in the protests, thus showing the evils of the white police and mayor's as they forced fireman to "turn the hoses on those children or lose your jobs" and sent children to jail.


You'll never see a day in this man's honor. You'll never see the white man celebrating Wyatt Tee Talker, but he is every bit as responsible for the Civil Rights Movement as MLK Jr.. So on this day, MLK Jr. Day, lettuce remember what Rev. Walker did alongside Dr. King.

The white man selectively cherry picks MLK's speeches and vision. Do your own research and stop buying their narrative.

Wyatt T Walker was a great man as was many in the movement. The holiday is not just about King tho, its symbolic of the struggle in which he was a key figure.

Keep in mind the white man didn't "Give" us that day. A collective of black folks was fighting and demonstrating for that holiday for decades.

Dr. King wasn't, but that's how the white people let you remember him. A lot of the behind the scenes dirty work was done by Walker though.
