Yall must be super young. If you were into hop hop in the 90s you knew exactly who Mobb Deep was talking about.

(1) Yes, it could be...When I heard "Drop A Gem on them" I had NO clue He was talking about 2Pac...I was in South Africa, I didn't have access to Hip Hop media...Explicit lyrics is how I knew who was beefing with who...

Now that I know a lot more about what happened in Manhattan, and 2Pac actually tried to pull out his own gun while dudes had guns to his face...The diss has lost even more if its sting...

Think about it this way,

Ronda Rousey beat Miesha Tate twice...If Miesha now makes a diss record about Ronda (without even mentioning Ronda's name) but talking about how Holly Holm kicked a chick into amnesia down in Australia...It would sound corny for a person who knows the facts...

(2) The song is a GREAT song...Hell on Earth is an UNDERRATED Hip Hop classic...Prodigy's lyricism was on BEAST MODE...No one could rap like Prodigy...You can't teach, emulate, clone that kind of talent...He had the juice...

(3) However, without saying "2Pac" that song loses A LOT of its sting...The entire Hell On Earth could be considered a subliminal diss to almost every rapper...

You have to call out names...
this nerd here :mjlol:Bu bu but if mobb deep was miesha tate:dead: FOh:pachaha: u and @Nomad1 know what happened 50gs worth of gun clapping:umad:
