i remember my mom getting the cassette version for me and this song not being on it. it went from temperature rising to trife life. so some months later, i broke the cd version to hear "up north trip". it seems like a happier beat aside from give up the goods and drink away the pain though the lyrics obviously ain't. i always cringed the first time when havoc said "slugs in your body mainly in your brain tissue". something about the way he said it seemed too vivid like he seen that shyt or did that to somebody.
