Mom arrested after son has 323 hospital visits, 13 surgeries

HIPPA means that we won't see medical records. Mother needs to be jailed. Doctors hit with gross negligence charges. CPS actions are usually crocks of shyt. That judge needs to ensure disbarred and never allowed practice again.

As a father of two who's their full time primary caregiver, and has dealt with their mother moving from one "health crisis" to another and used my boys as a ploy for her own needs for attention and self satisfaction, this shyt fills me with such seething hot rage that I damn near can't see straight.

My sister is doing the same with my nephew.

Claims he has "autism" but I believe she's scamming the system...it angers me to no end that she's allowed to have her son labeled for life just for a check.

CPS always drop the ball.. no matter what state it is the absolute worst agency when it comes to protecting children from fukked up parents

Depends where you live to be honest. My wife and I lived in Clinton nj (hour from NYC) and the one day after school and with us still at work, our then 11 year old said we didn't have much food in the house to her friends 16 year older sister, who then annonomusly called CPS on us (Issue was laughable, as confirmed when they visited our apartment an hour later).. we still needed to get two more short notice visits from them and do paperwork.
