those moment where you just knew that shyt was at a unreedemable point brehs...

Claymore: When they introduced like 12 abyssals ones, each stronger than the last. And the claymores can't even beat one, so to have like 5 on the field was logical impossible. Add in priscilla who is pretty much god and this manga turned to unrecoverable shyt imo.

Gankunsetsu: count of monte cristo: towards the end when they count demonic powers was vanquished by the faggy main lead hugging/kissing him :wtf:

Bleach: How they handled Aizen losing was basically the definition of a Deux ex Machina

Naruto: The whole "rescue sasuke" shyt was horrible and spanned years :smh:

Deadman Wonderland: IDK paricularly where...but this just turned to shyt somewhere in the middle.

Guilty Crown: The main characters hero coming from the dead to be the main villian for frivolous reasons.

I think Naruto started shark jumping the moment the fights became about monster mash shyt rather than real ninja shyt. Perhaps even the most literal was when ole Shark Boy came into town.:lolbron:

lol. but I think that was kind of a natural progression at least. The sudden shift from stopping orichimaru and doing good and alla that shyt to I'm so gay for sasuke kun shyt was too much for me.

Yeah, I underdig that. I just liked the show when they were doing more ninja style ish, rather than everyone having Godzilla transformations and such. I enjoyed some if it for what it was worth, but I leaned back on teh series sometime after alla dat. I'll eventually finish it though seeing as it's nearly done now.

Berserk: When ole boy turned into a demon and launched the league of demons or whatevs on his whole crew. I mean, it was still ill no doubt, but unnecessary seeing as how more realistic the anime was up till that point.

Naw that part in berserk was perfect and made complete sense and is one of the reason the Golden age arc of berserk is arguably the greatest era in manga. The moment berserk jumped the shark is the inclusion of magic and berserker armor type shyt...made it way too shonen for such a manga.

For me it's probably when Cell went perfect. The fights were still dope afterwards, but all of the plot-induced character stupidity that led up to it had me like :snoop:
And the saddest part was that you knew it was a wrap for anybody who wasn't a super saiyan at that point. :to:

Cosign on Naruto. It was a much better series in the first part.

Naruto :cape: for Sasuke :childplease:

The series turning into a giant Uchihafest :childplease:

Almost all of the interesting characters (except Shikamaru) becoming irrelevant :childplease:

Naruto's character development as an underdog who defied fate, destiny and all the odds being deaded by revealing that he had always been destined to be great :childplease:

Pein bringing everybody back to life :childplease:

Everybody wilding out with DBZ powers instead of actually sneaking around like real ninjas :childplease:

Naruto: Rescue Sasuke arc wound up being lame, but the "jumping the shark" moment for me was hands down Nagato resurrecting the village after being "converted" by Naruto. Since that event the series has been jumping over galaxies. shyt has seriously turned into fukking fanfic

Dragonball: Androids/Cell arc. Someone from the Red Ribbon Army, a group that Goku soloed as a little fukking kid, is able to create multiple beings that dwarf Freeza in power?????? Naw fukk that.

Deathnote: Continuing after L's death. There's no point other than to make Light eventually lose.

There was a second series to finish it off.

Naraku dies but the jewel was the big bad guy all along

breh that pein arc made my angry irl that a writer could be so condescending towards his audience in that he believed that wouldn't be able to handle actual loss. It was one of the biggest copouts I've seen in media period. What went from an epic fight against absolute power/terror/evil turned into faux sympathy for a depressed maniac. :pacspit:
