I hate overly involved heel authority figures. It worked w/Vince. It generally worked w/Bischoff. Everyone else has been draining af.

At this point just do away with the authority figures altogether. Takes away mic/ring time from people who actually need it. No character development whatsoever. Just bias towards heels or faces.
