This is a good comparison, cause those were some REALLY bad Impact years outside of some of 07-08, mostly whatever Angle, Styles, and pre-Anarquia LAX were involved in. 09-10 was the apex of garbage cause Hogan and Bischoff turned it into WWE-lite. Then if you were watching 09-10 WWE, you had some of the most bland safe programming imaginable
