Seth the champion & one of the few guys they've had beat Brock & every promo is him talking about not knowing how he's going to do it against the next person. They don't script dude to have any faith in himself at all.

He sounded defeated against Brock after he just beat him at Mania, whoever writes for him is doing him no favors lol
