Money or titles? what do you prefer in a career?

Applying first jobs that pay 80k a year outside my firm.

That is the best way to get you the money within the industry I work if you stay at one company and keep getting promoted you will not make as much as if you go outside of the firm

Some people rather be a high up manager making less just for the respect and title.

Titles, they come with money. let the minnows come up with ideas and do all the work and all i do is approve or modify things a bit, present it to money people, get the money and then pay the minnows..

If its a career that I've always wanted to succeed in (like sports or music or something) then I'd prefer 5 mics, Premier/Champions League titles, 10/10 ratings or Superbowl rings over money.

Anything else, Money, no question.

on top of that a better title can lead to a better job if you leave.

if you're making 75K as a financial analyst at a bank....
but only 65K as a snr financial analyst at a manufacturing company or some shyt...

who is to say you cant make a move to the bank as a manager and get 90-100K?

dont forget titles come with endless benefits usually more than the job pays..how much obama getting a year compared to lets say a top executive? if we really look at it at the end of the day obama will get more than the executive (in the long run)..get ur titles right brehs, 6 certs, 6 dimes, 6 series, 6 ft, 6 titles (fukk the 6 figures) = 5 mics
