Moonlight--another movie that got ruined by the gay agenda

im thinking I'm watching a potential hood classic and then I see this gay fukkboy shyt crowbarred in like an episode of empire.

And then I saw fenced yeaterday and cotdamn it was some dysfunctional black family bullshyt.

Hollywood wants to portray us as this so badly man. Disgusting.

haha I'm not. I love Menace and Juice and New Jersey Drive as much as anybody. I'm just grateful when new, interesting ones looking to tell different stories come along.

a lot of homo-erotic undertones.. got me questioning if some scenes were meant to be homo-erotic or not had me going crazy.. like when the main character and his best friend were wrestling. And his friend stopped and stared at him for a few seconds.

I've seen a lot of movies of kids growing up in the hood and this one was no different than the rest besides for the gay stuff. That's why I don't see how this film could do so great if it weren't for media loving to see gay black men. I've seen better hood movies that didn't garner a quarter of the attention and praise this one received.

a gay love story? From watching it, seems more like it was just a coming of age film for the main character.. and him finding himself.

What would have made it distasteful to you? Them nikkas staring longly in each other's eyes made it distasteful for me
