i never thought I would defend those few spidey movies, but they were better than that shyt, they might as well have not even tried to re-do the origin stories.

They have to realize movies are not comic books, you can explain somebody's origin without dedicating an entire movie to it by using dialogue.

in the original star wars, they explained Obi-Wan and Vader's back stories with words they didn't have to show us, shyt like that is wasted screen time they could be use for something else more entertaining.

That's what I been saying when I saw the middle credits scene. It fits into the cross species thing that they are doing. Hell the issue of ASM that released the week of or after the movie featured The Lizard and Morbius which I thought was a hint from Marvel themselves.

Yeah Toby was lame as spider man, but they handle the origin story perfectly in the first one besides having mary jane in high school with him. The lady that played Aunt May even looked exactly like aunt may. It was no need to go through that shyt again. They could have rebooted without all that shyt. All that explaining fukks up the pacing of the movie, when you could be doing other shyt like character development and moving along with the plot.

They still need be better wise cracking antics, dude just was trying to hard, they need to get a naturally funny/a$$hole to do it, because anybody else is going to sound forced. Plus the writing was nothing like what spider-man would say, the one liners in 90's animated series killed anything in that movie.

You right I am mad, mad I wasted my time watching rehash of a movie that already came out, that was predictable and had less than stellar special effects. Lizard look like an enemy from guyver

Marvel needs to get spidey back and start from scratch.
