I’m 5’11 175 right now trying to push towards 200, which is the more effective way to gain weight? I’m mixing both up in my workout routine right now but I want to hear bros opinions

how fast you trying to gain? that could take a while unless you go buck wild in the kitchen, then it could take mere weeks but it's gonna be fat

honestly, you should just eat up to about 225, then work your way down with extensive calisthenics -- both volume & circuit. that will be the quickest way. take 2.5 months tops

if you want to do it more efficiently, with more variety and probably a faster growth then weights

make sure you eat (a balanced diet, you only need 20 grams of protein, after that your body turns it into waste and get enough sleep.
