City Manager
Sheriff
Police Chief
Fire Chief
Public School Superintendent
City Attorney
Charlotte has a black leader at all of these positions, + the mayor is black.
If you ain't been to Raleigh yet, you owe yourself a trip. Charlotte too. Real talk, both cities are Top 15 cities to be Black in America, today. For a variety of reasons.
